Presented by Wes Hom
For our professional colleagues, the global virus has tested our ability to handle an unprecedented series of crises at all levels, challenging our ability to make difficult and timely decisions with minimum or no data, asking us to stay calm, and providing a steady hand to all.
We don't know what we don't know. Given the lack of a history of how to handle the current health and economic environment, we will need to be ready; we will need to lead and make progress in the new “norm”. What we have learned and experienced in the past may not be able to help us move forward or address the needs of the future.
There is much-untold anxiety, it's OK.
Our session will discuss what are the key behaviors needed to traverse these uncertain times. We will also discuss one's “new checklist” to survive the new “norm”. We will share behaviors that are needed to master the near-term challenges but also for the new tomorrow. Behaviors that we will have to become even more comfortable with as we begin to restart our lives and become a new and even more dynamic leader for our future working environments.
